Daniel Romo. A Cougar? Not exactly, but he does have prose poem street cred, which is why we asked him to preach on the prose poem just for us! What came of that endeavor is a rare look inside a poet’s process. As only this high school creative writer teacher could do, Mr. Romo has created an accessible, intelligent writing prompt with just a bit of LBC flare thrown in. Which makes us really, really happy.
